Privacy policy
In short: we only use your data to reply to you and to work together. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising without your consent.
1. Who we are
eventoteca.ro is operated by EVENTOTECA SRL, registered office B-dul Nicolae Bălcescu 67, 077085 Dobroești, Ilfov County, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 41376763, Trade Register no. J23/3044/2019 (“Eventoteca”, “we”). We are the controller of your personal data.

2. What data we collect
- From the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), project type and your message.
- When you email us directly: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of access, logged automatically by our hosting provider for security and operation.
- Preferences: your cookie choices, saved in your browser (see section 8).
We don’t collect sensitive data, and we ask you not to include it in messages.
3. Why we use your data, and the legal basis

4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become projects:

5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your data. Only the providers that help us operate can access it, under contract and only as far as necessary:

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.

8. Cookies and local storage
The site only uses what it needs to work. Analytics or marketing tools load only if you accept them.

9. Security
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
10. Children
Our services are for companies and organisations. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
